Returns

Ordered items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only accepted if the items and – if reasonably possible – the packaging is in the same condition as we sent them. If a complete order is returned, the cost of the cheapest shipping method will be refunded. Only the costs for return to the webshop are for your own account. For returns, you can contact us via info@danisim.com.

If you are returning the order from outside the European Union, please write ‘RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE’ on the CN22/CN23 customs document with a value of €0. If you do not do this, import costs will be charged and the package will NOT be accepted by us.

The purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method as you used to pay.
